So I just found out that I get TV reception!!! I only have regular broadcast channels and I wasn't able to get them well enough to actually enjoy watching TV in my last apt. But now, for some channels, I can! YaY! Awesomely enough, the channel I get the best is 9 - the home of "the new CW" - on which are most of the shows I'm interested in. Like Veronica Mars, Gilmore Girls, Smallville, and Supernatural. Sadly...tragically really...the show that I'm totally addicted to right now - Veronica Mars - airs on Tuesdays...when I'm at work. Gah!
I totally blame Dylan for my current state of anxiety and dejection. I followed his unsolicited advice and got Veronica Mars Season 1 from the library. I watched the whole thing in 3 days. It's just too good. The plot is engaging, the actors are pretty great (and beautiful - which doesn't hurt), and the writing is just so darn witty. So now, here I am, desperate to devour season 2, but can I get my hands on it? No - of course not. I don't want to wait the 2 or so weeks it will take to get it from the library, but when I went to Blockbuster to rent it they didn't have it! Now I have no other choice but to wait impatiently. Gah! So frustrating!
